Here’s our story with Abel RV, why we decided to do business with them and what our overall experience was.

One evening I sent out about 6 e-mails to various RV dealers across the country who seemed to have good working relations with Gulfstream Coach. I was inquiring about a new line of motorhomes that I knew many dealerships would have little or no knowledge of.

The very next morning Charlotte from Abel RV was returning my inquiry with a personal telephone call. Very responsive. One or two of the other dealerships generically replied to my email over the next week, but no one came close to the customer service level that Charlotte had.

Over the next four months, Charlotte patiently replied to our every email, answering question after question, learning a great deal about a brand new coach and informing us of every latest development with the manufacturer. She was friendly, polite, and prompt in every way. Although flying from San Diego to Chicago seemed a very long way to purchase an RV, we felt that Charlotte and Abel RV were our best hope for obtaining a new Supernova 6400 as quickly as we did. We felt we were in very good hands throughout the whole experience, from her first phone call to when the keys were placed in our hand.
